What is the Thermage® procedure?
A deep skin"lift" without surgery, injections or downtime! The skin reveals signs of the natural aging process due to loss of collagen, sun exposure and stress.
THERMAGE®, also known as ThermaCool, provides a non-invasive treatment that softens the appearance of aging skin by tightening the underlying tissue. Stress, aging, sun and other environmental factors deplete the body of collagen. Thermage has been developed to combat these effects naturally.
The THERMAGE® procedure causes a contraction of collagen and subsequent collagen production through heat induction, resulting in a more youthful appearance. The procedure gives a non surgical brow lift, eye lift, hand enhancement, treats the "turkey-neck", jowl line, neck, sagging postnatal skin. Basically, THERMAGE® can be utilized over the whole body!!!

How does it work?
Controlled Radio-frequency energy is delivered to the deeper layers of the skin causing the deep collagen to immediately tighten and promotes new collagen growth.

Absolutely, unlike laser therapy, THERMAGE® is safe for all skin types and pigments.
How long does it take to see results?
You will see gradual improvements over a 1-6 month period, after a single treatment. Results can last for years depending on your skin condition and natural aging process.
Is the procedure safe?
THERMAGE® is extremely safe with the most common incidents being redness and swelling. These disappear within hours.
What does the procedure feel like?
With each pulse of the machine you will feel a very brief heat sensation. The skin is cooled before and after. Medications can be used to enhance your comfort, but most often are not necessary.
Is there any downtime?
The procedure is non-ablative (no incisions). Patients return to their regular activities immediately following the procedure.
